Twifo Atti Morkwa Environmental Health Department Embarked on mass Dogs Killing

TWIFO ATTI-MORKWA ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT EMBARKS ON MASS DOG KILLING*

The Environmental Health department of the Twifo Atti-morkwa district assembly in the central region has embarked on mass dogs killing on the principal street of Twifo Praso.

According to Mr. Emmanuel Forson who is the Environmental Health Officer at the Twifo Atti-morkwa district assembly, the exercise was to reduce the many roaming dogs on the streets of the district capital, Twifo Praso which poses eminent threat to human lives and vulnerable animals on the streets.

He explained the most worrying behaviour of these roaming dogs that, these dogs catch and kill other animals such as sheep, goats, guinea fowls, turkey and bite people on the streets without any cause. Adding that aside the dangers that these dogs pose, they also defecate on the streets haphazardly which also can result in health issues among the populates. It is this reason that the environmental health department made such a move of mass dogs killing.🎤..0:42..

In an interview with Sweet fm and Onua tv /Fm, Mr. Emmanuel Forson also cautioned all dog owners in the Twifo Atti-morkwa district to ensure that they vaccinate their dogs against rabies every year and also chain the dogs because the department will continue with the exercise until they see full compliance of the law by the people.🎤..0:41..

Alleged Attack on Delegates in Hemang Lower Denkyira Constituency by Hon. Bright Wireko Brobby's Associates* In a startling incident today, on February 1st, 2044, at approximately 8:30 AM, four individuals reportedly armed with machetes and other weapons assaulted Mr. Stephen Cobbina, an Assembly member of Abeka Nkwanta, and a polling station chairman.
