ASSEMBLY MEMBER FOR TWIFO MAMPONG WEST HON. MICHAEL APPIAH KUBI DONATES TRUNKS AND MATTRESSES TO TWIFO MAMPONG BASIC "A"*

On 4th December, 2023, the assembly member for Twifo Mampong West Hon. Michael Appiah Kubi donated trunks and mattresses to Catholic Basic "A" and "B".  These items were given to students who had the highest grade in their BECE results and are currently preparing to further their education to the secondary level. 


In an interaction with the current students, he indicated that these donations are for the fulfillment of the promise he made to the students when they were preparing for their BECE. Hon. Michael Appiah Kubi also told the students who benefited from these items and the current students that education is the key to a successful life, and that is what prompted him to donate those items. Such donations will motivate students to burn more candles. 

Hon. Appiah Kubi has been doing this donations in the previous years to encourage students to study hard.


Hon. Appiah Kubi generally motivated the teachers by giving them some amount of cash and thanks them for their hardworks.


The students complimented the assembly member for the kind gesture and wished him God’s blessings.They promised not to let his effort be in vain.

  *ECOLINKS Supports Twifu Atti-Morkwa District with 1000 Coalpots* The District Chief Executive for Twifu Atti-Morkwa District, Hon. Isaac K. Yawson, has revealed that the foreign-based Non-Governmental Organization, ECOLINKS, has donated 1000 gyapa coalpots to residents of five communities in the district. The communities benefiting from the initiative are Akweikrom, Akloman, Akutuase, Asamoakrom/Ongwaso, and Bimpongegya, with each community receiving 200 coalpots. According to Hon. Yawson, the primary objective of this program is to help mitigate climate change in the district, region, and country as a whole.
