Pragyia Riders Are The Main Cause Of Fornication ln Ghana — Cape Coast District Minister Laments

The Minister in charge of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana Cape Coast District, Rev. Minister Amanamah Kobbinah Assuah has lamented that, pragyia riders should be blamed for the current fornication woes in the country.

According to him, some of the riders sleep with the young ladies without giving them anything; they just buy them fried rice and chicken, and send them home to satisfy their sexual desires.

"Upon what we have heard during our evangelism programme which is translated in Ghana's local language as 'Asempatrew' with the Mankessim-Barfikrom congregation, parents and individuals churches have a major role and responsibilities to play in order to take good care of the children by aiding them in God fearing. 

"As parents, we should be capable of ourselves before raising up children else our children's will lost control in Christ Jesus."

He urged parents/guardians to always locate the whereabouts of their children/wards to avoid misfortunes.

Speaking to AfricaNewsArenaGh's Douglas Oyibo Amponsah, the minister in charge of Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Bethel congregation at Mankessim, Rev. Philip Kwasi Osafo (P. K Osafo) also advised the general public over the current economic situation not to take an advantage of it to do that which does not pleases God.


 "Have faith in God upon the current economic situations; we shouldn't kill ourselves because of hardships but rather fight for God's wisdom, knowledge and understanding and all other things will be well with you in Christ our Lord.
We should have one faith in Christ and walk in the light of God because without him, we cannot leave in harmony on this peaceful land," he emphasized.

The statement was made known in an encounter with the ministers of God during Mankessim-Barfikirom Presbyterian evangelism programme on the theme: Chris In You, The Hope Of Glory - (Col 1:27).

  *ECOLINKS Supports Twifu Atti-Morkwa District with 1000 Coalpots* The District Chief Executive for Twifu Atti-Morkwa District, Hon. Isaac K. Yawson, has revealed that the foreign-based Non-Governmental Organization, ECOLINKS, has donated 1000 gyapa coalpots to residents of five communities in the district. The communities benefiting from the initiative are Akweikrom, Akloman, Akutuase, Asamoakrom/Ongwaso, and Bimpongegya, with each community receiving 200 coalpots. According to Hon.
